Christmas is coming, and my heart is already filled with excitement!
Among all the festivals, the one I enjoy the most is Christmas. As soon as Diwali finishes, my preparations begin.
I love cleaning, organising, and decorating our home so it feels fresh and festive. Planning outfits, arranging home dΓ©cor, family gatherings, attending night prayers at church — it all brings so much joy and meaning to the season.
Over the years, I realised how exhausting last-minute planning can be.
So now, I start preparing from November itself.
With Christmas and New Year arriving back-to-back, planning ahead ensures that we enjoy every moment peacefully.
- Christmas Budget
A joyful celebration becomes even more beautiful when it is planned well — financially too.
Before the season begins, it’s important to review our budget and set aside funds specifically for Christmas. Avoid using your regular monthly money meant for necessities.
Instead, make a small monthly contribution towards Christmas expenses throughout the year. This simple habit ensures we celebrate freely without stress, and enter January without struggling to meet essential needs.
A well-planned holiday is not only happier — it is peaceful and meaningful too. ✨
Here is a sample budget plan for you. Feel free to adjust it as per your needs and preferences.
